FAQs

I can’t quite find the Holiday Home I’m looking for, can you help?2020-04-24T19:08:20+00:00

We offer the full range of holiday homes from all of the major manufacturers. We would be more than happy to book an appointment for you to come and select your perfect pitch, be it a secluded pitch, or a pitch close to the facilities. Once you’ve chosen your pitch, we would love to arrange an appointment for you to select your ideal holiday home.

Can I live in my caravan?2020-04-24T19:17:36+00:00

This is a hot topic at the minute and the simple answer is no. Static holiday caravans are not built to residential standards, and more importantly, you won’t be afforded the protection of the mobile homes act. Our site license issued by the local authority also prohibits residential use.

What about park rules?2020-04-24T19:17:54+00:00

We try and make our park an enjoyable place for everyone who owns a holiday home with us or visits. As such when you buy a holiday home, we’ll ask you to read and sign a licensing agreement and some site rules. The agreements are in writing and easy to understand. We’ve found in the past that a mutual understanding between ourselves and our owners has always maintained a positive and enjoyable environment on our parks.

How can I pay my site fees?2020-04-24T19:12:19+00:00

We offer a range of different payment plans to suit you, and we are happy for you to spread the cost across the season with interest free repayments. We collect site fees by direct debit.

What deposit do I need to finance the purchase of a Holiday Home?2020-04-24T19:09:33+00:00

With our flexible caravan finance options, deposits on our holiday homes can start from as little as 10%. Use our finance calculator on this page to see just how affordable holiday home ownership can be!

Can my friends and family come to visit and enjoy the park’s facilities?2020-04-24T19:09:02+00:00

How do I insure my holiday home?2022-05-25T09:58:30+00:00

We can arrange cover through our recommended insurance provider.

A new for old insurance policy is designed to provide you with a brand new holiday home in the event of a total loss. Alternatively, you could choose market value cover which in the event of a total loss is designed to settle based on the market value of the unit at the time of the loss taking into consideration wear and tear and depreciation.
